Whether you’re a Primary school, Secondary school, College or University the best part of this time of the year has to be the upcoming Summer Holidays.  Cater-Force also looks forward to this time of the year as it allows us to carry out a full service of Commercial Catering Equipment within these institutions during kitchen downtime.  With chefs and engineers not getting in the way of each other and equipment not being used it’s the perfect time to have service work carried out.  There’s no disruption during operational times and it means when kitchen staff return from a well-earned break all of the equipment has been checked and is ready to be used.
