At Cater-Force all of our Engineer reports are supplied to our customers in a typed, legible format. We feel it’s important that the service we offer is as clear and straight forward as the reports our engineers write. There’s nothing worse than receiving a written report from somewhere such as a garage, doctor, service company and not being able to read every word. All of our Cater-Force engineers carry I-Pads and as such will complete their reports and have them signed off by the customer before leaving site.
By using a digital system it ensures that our engineer worksheets can be quickly sent to site or to the customer as soon as the engineer has left. It also minimises the need to waste paper and allows the user to have a permanent digital copy to keep on file. So whether it’s a call out to repair one piece of equipment or the complete service of kitchen equipment, all of our reports and worksheets will be supplied in a digital format.
